After almost one and a half years in Italy, I have grown very fond of dried beef - bresaola.
So, since it's been a while since we posted some food shizzle, I proudly present... My Lunch Today:
Toast With Bresaola and Olives:
- Toast bread with no crust
- Bresaola, sliced
- Butter, spreadable
- Olives (or pickles)
- Toast the bread slightly, spread butter on it.
- Top with bresaola...
- ... and olives.
- Munch.
- Damn, that was so incredibly difficult. I need to take a nap. Or, I actually need to go to the bank. Dammit.
